We're excited to introduce Eriselda Baçi, our new Financial Accountant, who joined the team this month. In her first week, she had a unique opportunity to immerse herself in the company by experiencing a hotel’s reception firsthand.
During her Reception Experience, Eriselda was warmly welcomed by Cluster Assistant Hotel Manager Keshav Koushal, who introduced her to team members and maintenance colleagues in easyHotel The Hague City Centre. Also, she received a tour through the hotel, and she learned about operations of this other side of the company.
To make the experience even more insightful, Eriselda was paired with a receptionist for part of their shift, allowing her to get a closer look at the day-to-day dynamics of guest services. And Eriselda had the chance to shadow one of the best: Gabriela Meinerz Tachibana.
HR is excited about this hands-on experience and aims to make it a part of the onboarding process for support office colleagues. Eriselda’s time at reception provided her with a unique perspective that will undoubtedly complement her work in the finance department as she continues to contribute to the success of the team.
