Our Franchise Partners are a super important part of our business and as part of our ongoing business renovation project, our Franchise Hotel in London Victoria embarked on refurbishment in April of this year. The project will bring the product much more in line with our latest designs and we expect completion of the works in June 2024. They have already successfully renovated the 3rd floor, which is now open to guests and we've received excellent feedback on the updated rooms.
The team have now turned their attention to the 2nd floor, aiming to have it finalised by the end of this year, either in November or December.
