We’ve had some super people news in the Netherlands and Belgium in the last few months with no less than four internal promotions to share with you and two more coming in new year!
Keshav Koushal stepped up as a supervisor in The Hague last October. However, he’s been Andres’ right hand for quite a while. He has a great motivation and super people-skills. He joined easyHotel in 2021.
Choënety Banel is a supervisor in Rotterdam on December 1. She started last year as a trainee, with a lot of enthusiasm, curiosity, and strong work ethic hotel manager Ronniza was eager to keep her in the team. After finishing school, Choënety came back as a receptionist in February. She has been a great value to easyHotel Rotterdam this far and will continue to do so as a supervisor.
Adrián Pastor Jiménez also promoted to supervisor of easyHotel Brussels on December 1. As Steven is leaving easyHotel, he’s stepping up and helping Manon Kroon (the new Hotel Manager) with his easyHotel experience so far. Adrián started working for easyHotel in October 2022.
Andrés Torti Rodrigues is promoted to cluster hotel manager of both The Hague and Scheveningen. He’s rocking this new role. Andrés always focusses on who people are instead of what they can do. For the teams in The Hague and Scheveningen this works brilliantly. As he has been managing a great and steady team over the years. And equally important: our easyHotel guests are happy as well according to the GRI’s.
In the near future, Frank Pijpers will be promoted to supervisor in Maastricht. And Daphne Wennekes is currently being trained to become a supervisor in Scheveningen. Please watch this space for further updates on their progress.
