We excited to confirm that we will begin the implementation of a new HR System in August. We will be rolling out new platform BambooHR in the Netherlands and Belgium first with a view to switching across other regions in the future. After reviewing several systems we selected BambooHR as we think it is the best fit for our international population.
We hope that the implementation of a new system will bring efficiencies for all Managers in the areas of Onboarding, Document Management, Reporting, Holiday and Absence Management and eventually recruitment.
