Learning Achievements

In recent weeks we have seen some great learning achievements in our Team.

Stepping Stones

Four of our colleagues graduated our internal development programme Stepping Stones. Massive congratulations to Kellie, Adnana, Khilna and Kerri.

The Stepping Stones programme includes six workshops over the course of the programme covering topics such as, Time Management, Leadership, Coaching, Introduction to Revenue Management and understanding Learning Styles. Each of the graduates also completed supporting assignments, and finally prepared a presentation about their Learning which they delivered to Nathan White, Operations Director UK.

Nathan said “it really struck me, listening to the presentations, how much of an impact this training programme has had on these individuals. Hearing them speak about what they’ve taken from the programme was so inspiring”.

There will be some changes to the way that Stepping Stones is delivered for the next co-hort, but we still want to encourage as many colleagues as possible to engage with the training and build their careers within easyHotel. We’re hoping that in the second half of 2023 we will be able to launch a truly international development programme with delegates from all geographies, so if you would be interested in joining please contact sarah.champion@easyhotel.com.

Apprenticeships

As well as our internal programme, we also support Apprenticeship Programmes in England and Wales. These programmes allow Learners to complete a recognised qualification, which is fully funded by the govt and easyHotel, while working.

We’re delighted to confirm that as part of our Apprenticeship Programme, Roxana Zanfirescu has passed the end point assessment for her Team Leader Level 3 ILM qualification. This is a management qualification that Roxana has completed while working as Hotel Manager Milton Keynes, which is an amazing achievement.
