A huge, big thank you to easyHotel London Shoreditch, Oxford and Manchester who for the past month have been inviting their checked in guests to complete a survey from an iPad in their reception. Each time we get a completed survey, we find out more about who our customers are and their reasons for choosing to stay with us. All this data means we’re able to improve the effectiveness of our marketing and attract even more customers to our hotels.
We’re now working on the software to enable us to introduce multiple language options before rolling out the guest surveys across some of our European hotels.
