We’re delighted to share with you two new internal promotions in the easyHotel managed properties:
Heather Giddens has been promoted to Hotel Manager at easyHotel Ipswich.
Adnana Dumitrescu (AHM @ Croydon) will be moving to Old St as relief Hotel Manager.
It’s super exciting to see yet more internal promotions within the Hotel Teams as we continue to focus on growing our own Talent.
A whopping 50% of our current Hotel Managers were promoted into their current role internally!
And for the first time, over half of the Hotel Management roles within the easyHotel Owned estate are filled by women.
It’s a given that women are often under represented in operational management and this is really promising to see that we are clearly creating an inclusive culture and learning environment that focuses on people’s ability to do a great job.
To keep up the great work and help more of our Team Members progress their careers, we have launched FLOW our new Learning Management System, where every team member can access all sorts of amazing Learning content. We are also kicking off the next cohort of Stepping Stones, our internal Development Programme again next week.
