Global HR Team Updates

As we are expanding rapidly within easyHotel and growing our portfolio each year with new hotel openings, we are dedicated to establishing a robust support framework for both the hotels and support offices across all of Europe. In the latter part of 2024, we implemented our new and evolved HR team which now includes a HR representative within each region to ensure enhanced visibility in the hotels and comprehensive support for the managers.

Our innovative 'Global' team structure is designed to incorporate local individuals who possess in-depth knowledge of their respective regions and can serve as primary points of contact for the team.


Emily O’Grady leads the HR team and has been with easyHotel for over four years (so needs not much of an introduction!) but has extensive knowledge and incredible leadership to tackle any query.


Sehnita Dhaliwal recently joined the UK team, contributing valuable experience to the group. She has already made a significant impact by updating contracts for Dublin and implementing a thorough right-to-work audit in the UK.


Anne Verton-Dorst, previously an HR Assistant within the Benelux structure, is a familiar face to many. With the departure of the previous HR Manager for the region, Anne has stepped up, successfully overseeing the migration to a new payroll system and the transfer of all HR data from the old system.


Alexis Mongrenier has transitioned internally from his role as PA for the Paris Office, embodying our People Pillar of Learning by Doing as he shifts from administration to HR. He is actively involved in supporting hotels in France and Spain with contract and payroll matters.


Meanwhile, Sarah Champion continues to provide unwavering support to the London team and beyond in her role as Business Support Assistant for the London Office.
