After a three year hiatus due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we resumed the annual Franchise Conference with the location this year held in the spectacular location of Monaco. Over 30 people attended this event from all over Europe, which included the franchisees, members of the support office team and Stelios Haji-Ioannou.
It was a great opportunity to see our colleagues in person again, whilst also meeting some new faces!
The conference spanned over two days with the agenda discussing topics such as:
Our new team on board with clear vision and direction for the easyHotel brand
Infrastructure, IT and PMS changes
Future of easyHotel - evolving into a sustainable affordable brand
Adyen as our new payment provider
Brand Bible showcasing the new strapline: “…and the city is yours.”
Zendesk replaced by Service Cloud
New design and new sustainable product
I would like to take this opportunity to thank the team in Nice for their amazing hospitality during this event. We are looking forward to seeing everyone again for the next Franchise conference in 2023!
