Communication is improving – but there is still more we can do.

We hope that we hope that regular Townhall Meetings and monthly News updates are helping to deliver improvement in this area. However, some of us told you there is still more we can do. We hear you and are looking into how we can make sure key messages make it to everyone going forward.
Systems are also improving.

More of you agreed more strongly that the systems you work with enable you to get your job done, so we hope that you are feeling the positive impact of the change in PMS. We know we still have lots of work to do in this area and the IT team are working hard to continue to bring improvements across all areas, so watch this space.
Security was a concern for some of our Hotel Teams and it’s important to us that we address this. We have made some improvements to the door locking system in Dublin and are working on installing a lift security system to improve things further at this site. We’re also in conversations with our Hotel Managers about how we can improve security at other sites.
Uniforms – some of you told us you need new uniforms. We have recently launched our brand-new uniform across the group, and these are now being worn in all hotels!
Benefits – Some of you told us that you want to see more in terms of employee benefits. As of now we offer; an annual performance bonus for all employees, annual summer and winter social events for all teams, discounted room rates for employees and their friends and families and life assurance polices in all regions. We are currently exploring some additional local benefits such as cycle to work schemes and travel discounts.
