We are delighted to see our first UK hotel receive 5/5 on TripAdvisor which is an accolade we are incredibly proud of as this filters straight from the customers experience. Oxford is a competitive market and budget conscious hotels within the area are few and far between, therefore we needed to ensure that our customer service levels were of a very high standard in order to reassure our guests that affordable hotels does not necessarily mean you have to compromise on levels of service and engagement. 5/5 is testament to this and the hard work that the HM and AHM have put into this has paid off: ensuring that all our team members are engaging with guests at every opportunity.
Our GRi scores also reflect the TripAdvisor scores as they are consistently hitting over 80% at this property with Octobers score coming in at 83.7%.
