The sky really is the limit when we work collaboratively as a team and the crew at Croydon are living proof of this. This month we have seen record Revenue and ADR in this hotel. For May so far, we have achieved a whopping £131,621 Rooms Revenue at £47.74 ADR, the previous best ever month recorded was July 2018 when we delivered £115K @ £37.82 ADR. This is an outstanding performance in revenue, but it is only made possible by the efforts of the entire team; from the Revenue Manager, the Hotel Managers, the Front Desk Team and the Housekeepers, to deliver unparalleled levels of service across the whole guest experience.
