In line with our commitment to the Brand Bible and new brand pillars, over the last month we have been working with hotel managers in owned hotels and franchise partners to help bring these to life.
We have held sessions with teams on introducing our value proposition of ‘and the city is yours’ and how everyone has a part to play in how we live and breathe our core brand pillars; Super Price, Super Sustainable and Super Easy.
With our new standardised approach to design and creative assets, alongside our partner agency Puzzle, we hope that this provides clarity in terms of key company and consumer messages that will be overlayed across all our communication platforms and on-site across hotels.
It was fantastic to see our Hotel Managers and Franchisees so engaged with our future vision for the brand and we welcome the feedback that we have received, as it will help us fully inform the Brand Bible, and how we use it consistently across our business.
A special shout out goes to Szymon and Shannon, who when tasked with interpreting their response to P7-10, ‘The Manifesto’ and page 76-77, ‘The site specific tool kit of the bible’, produced two brilliant videos that really capture the core messages and ambitions of easyHotel to broaden our appeal to our target audiences:
Our next steps involve working with franchise partners on how we best localise content, provide guest recommendations and tips, and shoot relevant and engaging video for easyHotel guests across our estate in UK and Continental Europe. Lucy from the Marketing team will continue to reach out to ensure we are maximising all opportunities on in-hotel marketing.
We look forward to continuing our work on how we best articulate our brand going forward with all stakeholders.
