Celebrating Stephanie Gentles' 10 Year Work Anniversary!

We love recognising and celebrating our colleagues great milestones, this one in particular is a very special occasion to shout out about! Stephanie Gentles who is based in easyHotel Glasgow is our longest serving employee and has been with the business for 10 years as of the end of March 🎉

"Stephanie is popular with the rest of the team, she has a bubbly personality and is always up for a chat. She radiates a welcoming good vibe and is always positive. She has been through many changes including management and systems but nothing phases her, she works night shifts and is a pro, knowing how to deal with any difficult situation that might arise. She has many interesting stories to tell so if you want some easyHistory have a chat with her."

When did you first join the easyHotel team and what was your role?

"I joined easyHotel Glasgow as a Day reception back in March 2014, and am still enjoying being a part of the Glasgow team 10 years later!"

What advice would you give someone starting out in the industry?

"The hospitality industry is so varied and exciting, and you encounter so many different people and situations every single day. Keep an open mind to each new situation and treat other people how you would like to be treated yourself."

What are your future career goals?

"For now, I am happy where I am, and busy focusing on how proud I am to have been with the easyHotel for ten years."

Who inspires you in the industry?

"I am greatly inspired by my easyHotel Glasgow team. Particularly Annika and Shellie, who are always there when you need them."
