Career Development Opportunities at easyHotel

At easyHotel we are always looking for new ways to provide learning opportunities to all employees, this could include, online learning, one to one coaching or through external providers. Our Stepping Stones development programme is open to all Team Members who are interested in developing their skills and gaining the expertise they need to progress into a Supervisory and ultimately a Management role.

For our hotel teams in England, we also have an Apprenticeship programme that offers fully funded courses in Business Admin, Customer Service, Team Leader and Operational Management. Follow the link to find out more....

In Spain we have just launched TuriSCool – a platform that provides short online courses funded by the government. Conversations to source Apprenticeship schemes for our colleagues in Scotland, Wales & France are also underway so watch this space!

Just this year SEVEN HM and AHM appointments have been internal candidates who started their easyHotel Journey as Team Members and we will be sharing some of their stories in the next Room for Thought.
