The migration was the main first step… successfully done thanks to a great collective work and we want to thank you all for your preparation!
The next step is to focus on supporting your daily operations as we need to define and optimize our usage of Apaleo.

Have a look on the links displayed on your Apaleo screen : dedicated support relative to the page you are on and spend time clicking on the link to the Online helpdesk or the community
You are facing an issue or a bug ? the result is different than the one expected ? Feel free to contact the Support Apaleo : from the Contact Support link (as you can see on the above screenshot) or by sending an email to support@apaleo.com – and cc supporttickets@easyhotel.com. Give the most accurate explanation possible of your issue illustrated with screenshots. This will help Apaleo support team to answer your requests appropriately.
