Since the beginning of September, we have made significant headway in the implementation of Apaleo throughout our business. Apaleo is a new PMS that will replace OPERA in all our properties. The system promises to enhance our daily operations by streamlining processes and bringing our technology up to date.
We have migrated eight properties so far with the rest to follow by early November. We are gathering feedback from the teams as we go to ensure that we continuously improve the migration process. We are also keen to make ongoing refinements to the system to optimise it for our needs. We have of course encountered some technical challenges when introducing this new system and we thank the teams for their patience and support whilst we work through the migration process.
We are confident that ultimately Apaleo will real tangible improvements across the business. Thank you to everyone for your support and especially to Marylene Chevallier for managing this project!đ
