A new look for our low-carbon room!

At the heart of our hotel's mission, alongside providing great customer service, lies our commitment to low carbon. Our development and marketing teams have been working to ensure that our newest room design not only significantly reduces our carbon footprint but also appeals to guest through smart design.

 

Understanding the pivotal role of room design in enhancing guest satisfaction and attracting more stays, we embarked on a mission to redefine the appeal of our rooms. In an era where millions of potential guests look through countless hotel room images before making their booking decisions, standing out is key.

 

How did we get to this new design?  We conducted extensive independent research with over 4,000 users of budget hotels. Participants were presented with various room designs and asked to share their preferences. Our tartan patterns weren’t liked by most people but urban-inspired designs did well. The winning design features an expansive cityscape with highlights of easy orange, incorporating iconic buildings from cities across Europe, aligning with our ethos, "and the city is yours."

 

This new room design is not just a visual upgrade; it's a statement of our commitment to both low carbon and the satisfaction of our guests. The new room design will be landing in hotel refurbs and new hotels soon.
